Standard 30-day return and exchange policies all year around
All that we ask is that returned items are brought back to us as new – unworn and with all original packaging and tags included.
If you wish to exchange an item for something else within our store, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number in the subject title. It’s your responsibility to return the item you wish to exchange in one piece, so we’d recommend you returning the item(s) either in-store or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item.
Changed your mind? Don’t panic…
If you’ve made a purchase from H.S. Johnson this Christmas, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of the sale. So, whether you’ve had a change of heart or you’ve found something else you can get your money back – with no quibbling.
Faulty item policy
It’s very rare that we encounter faulty items, but rest assured we’re here to remedy the situation should the worst happen. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Email us at email@example.com with your order reference number in the subject title, details of the item ordered, the fault and whether you’d like a refund or a direct replacement.
You needn’t worry about being out of pocket – we’ll cover the cost of reasonable postal charges to return the item to us providing a fault is found.
