The watch I was sent has been worn before and is probably a returned item. I was so disappointed to see fine scratches on the outside of the band in the middle row while it was under the lights. I'd like to get a new band shipped to me as opposed to returning the entire watch because the watch took so long to be delivered to me after purchase coming from Great Britain to Virginia USA.
